After a well deserved break from all kinds of rugby related activities, some of us were back to training this week. A decent numbers of players turned up for a game of touch rugby on Tuesday (about 20) in spite of the unbearable heat!! Thermoneter shows more than 30° and its really humid too... Nice! Gyms sessions are back on the agenda as well, with a lot of intense sessions scheduled over the next couple of weeks.
Looking for a sponsor
We still don't have a coach and still looking desperately for a main sponsor... needless to say there are a lot of uncertainty regarding this upcoming season. Running a club in the first division, costs a lot of money, even though no player is being paid. That would be the best news ever if we could find someone brave enough to sponsor us!
